Our Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills. This comprehensive training provides participants with the knowledge and skills to respond to a variety of cardiovascular emergencies in adults, children, and infants.

Class Time: 3-4 1/2 hours

This is a hybrid version of BLS. You will complete a portion at your own pace online & complete the skills in person with an Align Institute Instructor.

Our Heartsaver CPR course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who wants to be prepared to act in an emergency situation. This course teaches the essential skills needed to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies until professional help arrives. Perfect for workplace training, community groups, or personal knowledge, this course empowers you to save lives.

Our Family & Friends CPR course is perfect for individuals who want to learn lifesaving skills in a non-certification environment. This course provides an introduction to adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief. Ideal for families, friends, and community members who want to be prepared to act in an emergency.

Our Parents & Caregivers CPR course is specifically designed to equip parents, grandparents, babysitters, and other caregivers with the essential lifesaving skills needed to respond to emergencies involving children and infants. This hands-on training ensures you are prepared to handle cardiac and breathing emergencies until professional help arrives.
